1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and dailywin ("dailywin," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the dailywin website located at dailywin.one and all associated services, games, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of the services offered by dailywin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the dailywin Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. dailywin strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of dailywin, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the dailywin Platform or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion program.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and at all times thereafter.

dailywin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the dailywin Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered Philippine mobile number.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notifying dailywin immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

dailywin will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. dailywin shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

Account registration requires completion of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. You must provide a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or PRC ID) and proof of address. dailywin reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the dailywin Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

• E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Cards issued by Philippine banks

dailywin does not accept deposits or withdrawals via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency transactions of any kind are strictly prohibited on the Platform.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are detailed in the Platform's banking section. dailywin reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. All withdrawals must be made to an account or wallet registered in the same name as the dailywin account holder.

Deposits made in error or in excess of intended amounts are not automatically refunded. Players must contact dailywin customer support promptly to report any deposit discrepancies.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

dailywin may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are fulfilled will be forfeited without compensation.
• dailywin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to maximum withdrawal limits as specified in the individual promotion terms.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the dailywin Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

dailywin uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers in real time via HD video streaming. dailywin does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, dailywin reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. dailywin shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dailywin Platform:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating or fraud.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including minors.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward dailywin staff or other players.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the dailywin Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and trade names, is the exclusive property of dailywin or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of dailywin.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, dailywin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

dailywin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your dailywin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dailywin makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform, for which dailywin shall not be liable.

10. Privacy & Data

dailywin collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

dailywin may be required to disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other competent Philippine government authorities in compliance with applicable law, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), as amended, and Republic Act No. 11765 (Financial Products and Services Consumer Protection Act).

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.

11. Responsible Gaming

dailywin is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful if not approached with care and self-awareness. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the amount of time you spend on the Platform per session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).

12. Termination

dailywin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account.
• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

Upon termination for cause, dailywin reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account at any time by contacting dailywin customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no active bonus wagering requirements remain.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. You irrevocably waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such proceedings in Makati City and any objection that such proceedings have been brought in an inconvenient forum.

Nothing in this clause shall limit dailywin's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights or confidential information.

14. Amendments

dailywin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.
